Issue with partially shared structures in MSP integration

Has anyone here tried MSP integration with partially shared structures?

We are on Oracle Projects Release Update Pack 5 for 12.1--- R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.5 [14162290] This release includes periodic patch 13345757 which supports integration of MS Projects 2010 with Oracle Projects R12.

We are trying to implement MSP integration with R12 and MSP 2010. We are using partially shared structure for our projects and ran into serious issues. What we want to do is to bring our existing Oracle projects in MSP, update dates/schedule and take them back to Oracle. Here is the simple scenario we tried.
