If I do not approve the tags of the physical count when I lauch the adjustment the non approve tag

If I do not approve the tags of the  physical count when I lauch the adjustment the non approved tag will be taken into consideration in the lauch adjusment and the difference will be adjusted?

create a physical count with approve is required

take snapshot

generate tags

enter count

approve some tags only

do not approve the others

Launch adjustment

do the non approve tags will be adjusted in the inventory?
