Is there a way to setup in Subledger Accounting a non-seed source

Setting up subledger accounting without autoaccounting for Oracle Projects.
Need to setup a source code that is NOT seeded.

Application Accounting Definitions is failling validation because a source used in the condition of the account derivation rule is not assign to the event class Revenue.

Need to use the source CLASS_CODE with the event class Revenue and Revenue Adjustment but the source is not assigned to either one of the event classes
The screen Source Assignments does not allow to add new source.

Is there a way to do it anyway?
