EBS upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 question about pre-upgrade EBS patches

Hello,

We are about to start a -mock-upgrade next week.  Almost all of our steps have been finalized with all the required patches, and tasks.  AT the last munite, SLA related Project functiaonl team (By Oracle SR) is asking to include a new step  ---    3 SLA pre-upgrade patches, install at preinstall mode.  The problem is, these patches are available only at code level A.

1.  We are upgrading directly from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1  (and then 12.1.3)

2.  We are applying  ADpatches 9179588.AD.B along with the required two other (merged),  following the upgrade guide.

2.  30+ pre-upgrade EBS (according to ID 1127593.1) required patches are installed in pre-install mode, and then getting merged with the master driver
