Solicitud de servicio display only status active of service contracts

I need some help.

You can control the display to show only service requests for service contracts that are active?
When you create a service request type and serial number of the equipment shown service contracts that have the equipment but does not validate or control the status of the contract, you can control which states are displayed on the screen?
