Unable to open the AR transactions form for a newly created OU.

Hi 

I have setup from the scratch the Receivables system , system options,payment terms, freight terms, profile classes etc. The system options "Require salesperson" is unchecked.

However when I try to open the Transactions form, I get the message no data found. I have done some analysis and figured that there is a query which is not yeilding any records and it might be because of the salesrep resource id condition in the jtf_rs_resource table. There is a record No Sales Credit with salesrep id and number as -3  for each Operating Unit.

I have used the CRM Resource manager and tried to import/create ,update the Receivables tab of the Resource. But it is not inserting any record with both salesrep id and number as -3  and hence the corresponding query is not resulting any rows.
