Can we NOT use DQM Trading Community in our Oracle R12(12.1.3) - can we disable this feature in our
Dear Oracle Receivable Guru,
We are in Oracle R12 (12.1.3) and have a question regarding the Customer Interface and the DQM Sync process that spawns once this process is running.
1- Our master customer file (our only source of data) is the Siebel CRM application. We receive our new and updated customer information records from Our Siebel CRM Via a batch process every night to our Oracle R12 Receivable Customer Interface tables. We then run the AR R12 customer interface process to bring in our external customers from Siebel to our Receivable R12 base tables. We do NOT enter any new customer or update any of customers by using the Oracle Receivable R12 forms.
