How to insert an image in a Report Title

 When editing a report Title we can see the option for an image... and using fmap.
I could not find in the OD documentation how to proceed with this ... Pls. how to upload the image ?  Where should it seat ?

I just could find: CRM On Demand: Add Logo (Image) in Report [ID 562858.1] but it does not help.
