sql statement under bash not executing

i want to achive build a script that run by crontab. where sql will drop user from oracle, then create user and revoke some permission finaly import dumps, daily basis. can anyone give me ideally how it should work or expected way
i am using rhel 5.8 64 bits, oracle 10gr2 64 bits 10.0.2.5 enterprise edition, this is standline database
we build a new linux script which has to take care of linux and oracle sqlplus script. by which it do drop user, create user and assign some permission to oracle schema users. finally dump import to build. basic the step are correct any guideline or tips where what is missing, basicaly issue is script run and it says below logs
