Patch 12370709 Patch error while executing apretrob.pls and apre

We are getting an error while applying the patch 12370709:R12.AP.B

our instance details are:

O.S:windows server 2008(32bit)

database:11.1.0.7

applications:r12.1.1

The below are the error details found in worker log file.
