Custom Approval

Hi Experts,

Would like to know how can we set a special approval workflow for a specific user without using AME. This requirement will just be temporary until such time the project assigned to this user is completed. For additional input on the requirement, approval for requisitions charged to the project with electrical related items should go thru approval to a specific approver.
