Queries Regarding BRM Tablespace space Management

If I plan to move tables and indexes from Manual to AUTO tablespace management in Oracle Database version 11.2.0.1 , does BRM support configuration like some tablespaces are Manual and some are AUTO. More over if the database size is large i.e 50 TB so it is not possible to move all the data in one shot.

Is this type of configuration will be supported by BRM?
