Patch#13646173:R12.OWF.B : File Version Not Updated After Patching

Hi Andry,
Welcome to patching community !!!

On R12.1.3, patch 13646173:R12.OWF.B was suggested to upgrade the file ReassignNotificationVO.xml from version 120.0 to version 120.0.12010000.2.
But, after the patch application, the file system still shows the old version of ReassignNotificationVO.xml under $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/fnd/wf/worklist./server/

$ strings -a $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/fnd/wf/worklist/server/ReassignNotificationVO.xml | grep Header
<!-- $Header: ReassignNotificationVO.xml 120.0 2005/05/07 11:54:11 appldev noship $ -->
