Custom report error in parameter

Hi,

   Can someone help me with my concern.

   I have createed a .rdf in oracle reports and placed it to its proper directory. When i have connected the report and the application this and run the concurrent program this was shown.

   APP FND 00806: The default value 15-OCT-12 is valid for date segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please inform your your system administrator that:

   Add the value 15-OCT-12 to the value set for segment Date, or choose dafault value in the Key segment s form or Descriptive FLexfield Segment form. Use the edit Concurrent program or define reports set form for the standard report submission report default.
