Item Technical Specifications

 Hi,
Business Scenario- We need to capture the Item Technical Specifications like Capacity, temperature, Type, PLC, Category etc. at the Item master level.
There are more than 10-15 specifications for an item.
Suppose we have created an item "Cement Mill Hopper" with specifications. Now while creating a requisition we may need to change some of the specifications but the item will remain the same. 
How to capture the specifications in application, flow the same information at requisition/PO and make changes as per the requirement.

Kindly Suggest.
