Supplier Hub (Supplier management) - New supplier (Approved) not queried in Supplier Data Librarian

 I am new to Supplier Management. New Supplier created through the registration process is not queried in responsibilities Supplier Data Librarian and Supplier Data Librarian Superuser, but the same are queried in Supplier management Administrator and Supplier management user. Also the new suppliers are queried in Purchase Order screen as well. Am i missing any setup here for supplier Hub to querry suppliers in the Responsibilities for the same ?
