Viewing & updating your contact information in My Oracle Support & My Oracle Support Community
There are two locations that house your contact information and viewing/updating this information is easy. It’s just knowing where. The first place is My Oracle Support (MOS) and the other is My Oracle Support Community.
Take a look at the Account Details located under My Oracle Support > Settings > Accounts & Privileges. On this screen there are both required fields, donated by an asterisk (), as well optional fields. Also notice this screen allows you to update both your user name/email as well as password simply by clicking on the pencil icon ( ).
The second location is in My Oracle Support Community
