Can two instances of OEM 12C(different versions) exist on the same machine

Hello All,
We've OEM 12C (12.1.0.1)+BP1 installed on a server.

Now we would like to go for the newly released 12.1.0.2 version.

But we would like to install it on the same machine (same mountpoint) as the existing version and once the new version is fully installed and configured, would like to de-install the old version.

Can someone please advise whether this is possible..recommended...?
