My Desktop resumability

We have a VDI environment where SGD 4.62 is also used to access the desktops, via the RDP mechanism.By default the My Desktop application has resumability set to 'During the user session' with the default timeout of 1440 mins.
As far as I know this means the user session will remain in the suspended state for max 24h when the user disconnects.
The lifetime of the flexible desktops however is a lot shorter.
I guess this would mean the desktop can be deleted when the user logs in again a day later and this could cause a connection failure.

Would it be OK to set the resumability of the My Desktop application to Never ? What would this change in the user visible behaviour ?

Howdy, Stranger!
