Supplier Price list by using Advance pricing

Hi,

We implemented Purchasing as well as Order management in our organization.We have to use supplier wise Item price should be defaulted on Requisition & Purchase Orders.

Price list feature we are using for Order management, but we are not using for Purchasing.

Is there any licence applicable to used the same feature in Purchasing.

Right now profile option 'QP:Licensed for Product' is defined as null at application & Site level also.

Pls provide set up to enable Supplier wise price list in Purchasing.
