Oracle 32 bit server on 64 bit box - help

My question is - Is there any issue running Oracle 10g 32 bit on a Windows 2003 64 bit server?

I need to move a customer to a new box (via cold backup restore). They gave me the new box to setup and I went ahead and installed Oracle 10.2.0 rev2 without issue.  At that point I happened to notice that the box is a Windows 64 bit machine.  Our Client-Server application is not yet 64 bit compatible so I can't install Oracle 64 bit as yet. Also the app has not been qualified with 11g so I can't go there either.

I can go back to the customer and tell them I need a 32 box if necessary, but I would rather not.  Please help
