Relinking afer Os upgrades

I am trying to put the steps in sequenc for relinking the Grid home and oracle for a two node rac database(11.2.0.3) running on Redhat linux (x86_64 2.6.18-274.3.1.el5).

All the connections are strictly made through the services and running in node 1 now.

Step:1 crsctl stop cluster -n node2

after step 1 i still see ohasd running.  Any comments on it? I

Step 2:

As root:

cd /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install
perl rootcrs.pl -unlock
Step:3 sudo su - grid:

Should i run the below

sudo su - grid:

export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/11.2.0/grid
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/relink

As root again:
