Is patch 13992240: DATABASE PATCH FOR EXADATA (JUNE 2012 - 11.2.0.3.7), which is applied on the database tier, certified with E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2.   I know 11.2.0.3 is certified.  However, the patch increases the sub version to .7 (11.2.0.3.7).  The E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 application tier is running on a DIFFERENT server than the database (obviously...because 11.5.10.2 only runs on 32-bt)
