APXPMTCH Match to Purchase Orders Form in R12 where is the Taxable and Tax Code fields?

Hi All,

In 11i we had the Taxable and Tax Code fields when doing PO Match Invoice entry in Payables. In R12.1.3 what happened to those two fields?
