Change cluster node ip and all logical ip

 Hi Guys,  We need to change the sun cluster (3.2) nodes physical ip and all the logical ip (RG). need to change ipmp also... The new IP address and netmask
is different from the old. Is it possible to do this things online or we need to do offline??? Pls give your advice with detailed.
