Load Items from Flat or comma delimited file - eprocurement Requisitions

Hi All,

Is there a way Can I load Items form a Flat file or comman delimited file (as bunch of Line items ), when i create a online requisition using (eprocurement), not using Item Catlogs.

Any help is appreciated.
