Report Manager launches excel output but no data

   Hello Folks,

  Thank You for reading my post. Financial report submission via Report Manager launches report in PDF, HTML just fine however it doesn't display data in excel output. I see that it launches an excel sheet and displays the seeded template but there is just no data.

I followed metalink note 1064856.1 but that didn't help either. This was working great before until I had applied some patches as advised by Oracle support. Now I am trying to troubleshoot the functionality which was working before. 

 I have attached the screen shot as well to show you what exactly does it launch.
