PO Price Changes

I have a situation where we are unable to change the price of a line item in a PO.  Oracle keeps presenting a popup message indicating we cannot chnge the price due to a pending transaction.  There are no pending transactions visible in the Pending Transactions form, and there are no records visible in the interface table displayed from the Transaction Status Summary.

Can someone direct me to any other place I can look to get this resolved?
