Order header is cancelled but line is still in Awaiting shipping and not allowing to cancel

Hi,

We're on R12.1.3

Order header is in cancelled status but line is still in Awaiting shipping. When I'm trying to cancel the line, I'm getting below error.


ORA-20002: 3100: Item 'OEOL/172133' does not exist. in Package oe_line_util Procedure Post_Write_Process

Note: There is no line workflow exists and Order line is not interfaced to shipping/ Inventory / AR.
