Error while opening account in distribution - Payable

Dear Guru's,

We are in the Process of doing roll-out.  I created all the setup and ran replica seed data concurrent.

while opening in the Payable form system throwing error.

Error attached for your referrence.

Pls suggest.

Error Msg:

APP-FND-00806: The default value 01 is invalid for the OU segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that:

Add the value 01 to the value set for segment OU, or choose another default value in the Key Flexfield Segments form or Descriptive Flexfield Segments form. Use the Edit Concurrent Program or Define Report Set form for Standard Report Submission report defaults.
