How to apply password expiration on all users at once

Hello,
I have the following issue:

In one organization the system administrator implemented the password policy : "password Expiration" to 60 days. Now in this organization there are almost 700 above users, but in User define window the password expiration days is one by one,  it means query single user one by one and then give no of days.
How to fix password expiration days at once on all users, except some system users because in this there are also system users like 'GUEST' , 'APPLSYSPUB' etc. since on these users the password expiration policy is not implemented.
So, need to know how to fix no of days at once on all users except system users.
