Internal Error in BPA
I am trying to change the layout in a custom template in Bill Management .
When I click on Update template the following error is coming
Error
Unable to perform transaction on the record.
Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.
Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.
Later on the error changes to
Error
An internal exception has occurred. Your most recent changes have not been saved in the database. Return to Template page, search for this template, and reenter your changes. If exception occurs again, contact your system administrator."
