R12 Upgrading From 12.0.4 to 12.1.1 Difference

Dear All,

We are using oracle application 12.0.4 it is working fine and our management people are decided to upgrade 12.1.1 so please give me some valuable points for difference between 12.0.4 and 12.1.1 and what are the advantages and dis advantages.
