Unable to start database (Oracle 10G) after installating

Hi Guys
I have installed Oracle 10G on a Windows system (32 bit).

Installation was successful but after installation, the database is not starting.

Find the screenshots attached which give the exact error which i am facing.

Kindly Help me out.
