Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to start database (Oracle 10G) after installating

Hi Guys

I have installed Oracle 10G on a Windows system (32 bit).

Installation was successful but after installation, the database is not starting.

Find the screenshots attached which give the exact error which i am facing.

Kindly Help me out.
