OCM on Solaris 11 dobuts

Now I'm doubt.The log suggests enabling automatic update while the man page dissuades it.

Looking at emCCR(1M):

     ...
     emCCR automatic_update [on|off]

         Enable  or  disable  the  automatic  retrieval  of   new
         software updates from automatic collections. By default,
         automatic updates are disabled. Using  this  option  can
         corrupt IPS packaging, so do not use it.
     ...

So, please, which warning should I listen to?
