What needs to occur following the changing of the SCAN VIP ip addresses, subnet, and network interfa

Our OBIEE server was moved on the network and now cannot communicate with the 11gR2 2 node rac cluster database. In order to correct this problem we were told that the scan vip's had to be moved to the same subnet. This change will mean that the scan ip addresses, subnet, and network interface will have to be changed.

What are the pre and post procedures for performing these modification.
