Oracle APEX Color Calendar

Hi Apex Experts

I am on APEX 3.1 .My requirement is i need to highlight the sysdate in a color everyday.As soon as i open the calendar the sysdate should show in a color.

Second for US Holidays i need to have a color and non US Holidays (Offshore location) we need to have a color

How do we achieve this in APEX 3.1?
