VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

Customer needs to apply Patch 12416603:R12.AR.B which has 13 pre-requisites.

Customer has the following  question :

Pre -requisite patch 7660309:R12.HZ.B requires the following

ar java/hz/components/account/customer/server
                                   HzPuiCustActLOVAM.xml 120.3

since our application doesnt have this pre -requisite version, advice on the way forward

Please assist further regarding the patch and prerequisites application.
