Patch 14365199: 11i Payroll: HRGLOBAL Fails With ORA-20001 "User Entity"

Running hrglobal.drv from as part of patch 14365199 and getting following error

ORA-20001: The name 'SPP_ADOPTION_TOTAL_PER_TD_YTD' is already used by a User
Entity
Cause:        There is already a User Entity called by the name that you have
chosen.
Action:        Please choose another name.
