Full Export Fails With Ora-4021 and Ora-07445

I have oracle database 10.1.0.2.0 32 bit and Windows Server 2003 service pack 1, and when i want to do export, I get ora-04021 timeout error 4021 while waiting to lock object.

my alert

Errors in file e:\oracle\product\10.1.0\admin\info\udump\info_ora_1796.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [0xF0183D] [] [] [] []
