Oracle Incentive Compensation issue - Any updated lines (updated in OIC) adjust status is showing as

 Hi,

Our Compensation Analyst manually updated the $ amount on one of the order lines in OIC (from Maintain transactions form). And then she ran Load and calculate. 

Normally this is what should have happen or shown on the Maintain Transactions form in OIC 

                                                                   Adjust Status               Status

Original line should show                             Frozen                     Obsoleted

Reversal line (with negative amount)           Reversal                  Obsoleted

New line with new amount                           Manual                     Rolled up

But what is happening is - 

                                                                  Adjust Status               Status

Original line showing                                 Frozen

No reversal line created

New line                                                    Manual                       Rolled Up

Can someone please help? I did not find OIC in the community drop down so I could not create this in that community.
