Issue with merge patch 9276325 with pre reqs patches

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2

This is  SEPA Patch in AR -> 9276325

For patch 9276325 with the following Pre-reqs -
1.8452606 -pre-req- 8253763 & 6246635
2.8529225
3.8627857
4.8623783
5.7585468
6. ATG_PF:11i.ATG_PF.H.RUP7 Patch 6241631 ( this was already applied).

Rest of the patches were merged and applied. They have a merge patch for other languages yet to be applied. Issue is US language patch is failing


In Web node below files is missing and we copied it from one of our developement instance and re-started the patch.

AutoPatch error:
File META-INF/JRIMETA.DAT is missing.  Full pathname is:
"/funp002/app/apfunp/comn/java/META-INF/JRIMETA.DAT"

Some of the AR Released forms are not compiled.
