Dear Customer,

We have received a number of service requests reporting issues when running PDF reports after applying our most recent Payroll Year End patch. The majority of the SRs are due to incorrect configuration. Please check your setup after creating any clone and prior to logging an SR for your PDF reporting error after patching.
