Approver Hierarchy

Hi All,

What is the best way to get approver Hierarchy for the requisition approval process to right supervisor or manager. ?   Get Employee Data from HR and sync it in FIN tables? or build custom list in AWE process?

How do I Load/sync data from External employee data in FIN system?

Any help is appreciated.
