MICR show in the bottom of the page in preview but not in the bottom line when print from printer

I am working on check.  I need the MICR is a very bottom part of the paper.  When I do the preview, the MICR sits right on the bottom edge of the page.  But when I sent the check to printer, it has about 1/2 inch space right under MICR. 

I already set the bottom margin to zero.  how come there is still 1/2 inch space under MICR when print?
