We are implementing eService surveys. The applets “Service Request Customer Survey Applet “and “Service Request Detail Applet’ are used in the Contact Service Request Detail View (eService). The controls appear in both applets on the local client. When I bring it up on the server the controls are visible in Service Request Detail Applet but not visible in the Service Request Customer Survey Applet in the same view. The Survey table changes, survey business component changes, and the survey applet changes are on the server.  The web servers and teh Siebel server have been restarted and the genbscrtip was run against the
