sqlplus takes a long time, after typing EXIT

Hello, I have a 9i database release 9.2 and Windows Server 2003.
I am checked the database and all is well.
A few days ago, when I enter sqlplus, everything is normal, but when I go either closing the window with the mouse or by typing EXIT, take long. This happens on both the server and the clients.
Does anyone know what can be?, Can be the antivirus?, Does a virus?,? Firewall?.
What should I check?
