HI,
We have to develop Quality Audit systems through Oracle.We are using R12.1.1 version.

The requirement from management is.
1. Vendor Survey or Vendor Assessment(Pre-registration)
2. Vendor Periodic audit
3. Internal Quality Audit as per Quality Management system

Pls share set up part and any document to implement this in our Organization.
