Liability account picking from different site.

Hi,
Recently we  created new sites to supplier,when we create a invoice from one site liability a/c picking from other site,so its going to other balancing segment and amount  showing in inter company receivable  A/c.
we have one ledger and one operating unit, we have 4 balancing segment means company's.

please suggest me on this..
