How to identify in the Line Item Level Whether Product configuration is Complete or Incomplete ?

Hi,

Is there any Flag/Field in Root Line item level (Quote/Order Line) which indicates All the Required Configuration is Completed in Configurator?

I thought Has Generics Flag Filed can be used for this purpose, But when i observed from back end for one Quote Item (Root line item) this field value is Always Null even For Complete or Incomple Configuration in Configurator .
